Creative Power
Who has the power to make a body from dust?
Who can make bodies into living men?
When my body becomes dust by worm or fire;
Who has the power to give me live again?
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Cor 5:17
The God that has the power to create my ancestor from dust and give life to a body of clay also has the power to restore me to life on the last day. The God that has the power to create new life in my corpse also has the power to create new life in my living body, to awaken and restore a hunger and thirst after righteousness.
Ask for a new heart daily.

ReplyDeleteI appreciate the repeated invitation to follow your blog, I can see you put a lot of work into your blog and I am glad you are doing what you can for the kingdom. I do not like to spend much time on the internet, and I only follow one blog, which is owned by a close friend of mine. I have read some of your posts and although I agree with your doctrine on some points I don't see your blog as particularly useful to me at present. I hope you will further the gospel with your blog, but I am a fellow missionary (though not on the internet), not a babe in need of milk.
You are welcome to post on my blog if you disagree or have anything to add to my own musings, but your time would probably be better used by other means. I am quite happy blogging into oblivion and not getting sucked into cyberspace myself.
